1) How did you discover your force sensitivity?
Jeneeshi was born into slavery on a glitter stim mining colony. An orphan she was cared for by another slave - Heruna (a kitchen hand) . Glitterstim needs to be mined in total darkness to avoid it being spoiled and Jeneeshi excelled in locating it. Heruna contstantly scolded her for this and demanded she hide it from others as she was terrified of the implication of it being discovered by their masters.

2) Describe a moment where you fell prey to your moral weakness or experienced a tragedy/horror that still haunts you.
Jeneeshi's morale weakness is her obsession - this is often this channelled positively to satisfy her thirst for knowledge but it can spill over and get her into trouble. She hated the mine overseer and convinced her friend to sneak out and vandalised his prized portrait in his office. It went wrong though; Jeneeshi managed to escape without being identified but her friend was caught and made an example of.

3) how did you come to join the NJO?
A smuggler took a shine to Jeneeshi whilst at the mine. He won her after convincing the overseer to wager her in a game of sabaac (he cheated of course). After biding her time for the perfect moment she managed to escape by stowing away on a freighter. For several weeks, her life followed a similar pattern of surviving on her wits and stowing away on different vessels until eventually she convinced a trader to take her with him to the NJO. There on the door step to the temple her new life began.

4) Name one NPC your character has a strong connection with. This could be a family member, a friend, a work contact, or a bitter rival.
Heruna. Jeneeshi owes everything to her and has vowed to come back and free her some day.

5) Describe a moment in your life where you demonstrated your moral strength despite adversity.
Despite the oppression from her masters she never waivered in her thirst for knowledge - her desire to satsify her curiosity. Despite the risks, she frequently snuck out to talk to some of the more kindly cargo haulers and grill them about current events. She had several offers to help her escape but she always refused knowing the implications for Heruna.

Enlightenment

Curiosity/Obsession

Now late teens Jeneeshi is only now experiencing life outside of the galaxy. This has only heightened her natural sense of wonder.

She has an contagious enthusiasm for life but can also be introverted and studious. This is perhaps symptom of her underlying obsessiveness which sees her throw herself fully into anything important to her. At the top of this list of priorities is a deeper understanding of the force.

She’s fundamentally a good and honest individual but having lived in poverty for so long she has grown up doing what she needed to do to survive. She’s not above revenge although to date this has never been anything more dangerous than petty pranks.

Duty: Knowledge Acquisition
When the Emperor destroyed the old Jedi Order and defiled the Jedi Temple, thousands of years of accumulated Jedi knowledge was lost. Grand Master Skywalker has dedicated an immense amount of effort and resources to reacquire this knowledge – from personal journals of lost, great Jedi Masters to holocrons and teaching holograms found from scouring the black markets of the galaxy, this PC has thrown himself fully at the task of ensuring that future generations of Jedi do not have the dearth of knowledge the New Jedi Order finds itself with.
