Background
Corellian born, Corellian raised. That is, until the pursuit of underworld riches left Sandoren's parents (and himself) stranded on Tatooine. When his criminal parents hit the walls of Outer Rim justice, Sandoren changed his last name to Dune to distance himself from them, and in doing so was able to make a reputation for himself as a young and fearless hired gun. He doesn't realize that all this time his success can be credited to his Force-sensitivity.
Sandoren eventually found his talents being used by Jabba the Hutt, and during that time fell in love and had a daughter with one of Jabba's slaves. Years later, after numerous jobs, Sandoren is close to buying his family's freedom.
