Scythe and Sabre
MATURE TUSK CAT [RIVAL]
Tusk cats are feline predators that can grow up to two
meters high and three meters long. Named for the two
distinct tusks growing from their lower jaws,
these mammals are social creatures who mate for life and form prides. They even can “guard" herds of prey animals, eating one every so often while protecting the rest of the herd from other predators. These instincts make them surprisingly easy to domesticate, and they are large enough that they can be ridden by most humanoid sapients. Many an Outer Rim wanderer relies on the keen eyes and sensitive nose of his trusted tusk cat companion.

When the Inquisitor suffers a hit from a Brawl, Melee, or Lightsaber check that generates DESPAIR or THREATx3 and the Inquisitor uses the Parry incidental to reduce damage from that hit, after resolving the attack, he may spend those results to inflict one hit on the attacker with a wielded Brawl, Melee, or Lightsaber weapon, inflicting the weapon’s base damage. The Inquisitor must also take the Parry talent to use this.

Effect
The Inquisitor makes a
Force power check targeting one enemy at short range, and rolls a ranged attack as part of the pool, using an Average Discipline check instead of normal difficulty. If the check is successful and generates 2 force points the attack deals damage equal to the Inquisitor’s Willpower with a critical rating of 4, dealing 1 additional damage per SUCCESS.
The Inquisitor may spend a force point to increase the range by one range band, may spend a force point to affect one additional target within range, and may spend a force point to cause the attack
to deal 3 additional damage (he may activate all of
these upgrades multiple times).
