Force Powers

Force Rating
1
Power
Forsee
Description
The Force user can feel the Force flowing around everything, seeing what is and what will be.

The user may spend F to gain vague hints of events to come, up to a day into his own, personal future.
Upgrade Effect
Power
Heal/Harm
Description
The Force user bolsters his ally with renewed vigor or saps his foe of vital energy.

Heal (light side Force user only): Spend F to heal a number of wounds equal to Intellect from an engaged living creature (including user).

Harm: Spend F to inflict a number of wounds equal to Intellect (ignoring soak) on an engaged living target. The user gains 1 Conflict.
Upgrade Effect
Control Heal: If the user used no DF to generate F on the check, the target of Heal also heals an amount of strain equal to the wounds he recovered.

Harm: If the user used any DF to generate F the check, the user heals of an amount of strain equal to the wounds he inflicted on one target.
Control Heal: The user may spend F to immediately remove the staggered, immobilized, or disoriented condition from one target of the power. The user may activate this upgrade multiple times.

Harm: The user may spend F to heal a number of wounds on an engaged living creature (including herself) equal to the damage he inflicted on one target. This counts as a use of a stimpack on the target of the healing (see below). The character healed this way gains 1 Conflict. The user may activate this upgrade multiple times, but must select a different target to be healed each time.

Stimpacks: Characters must spend a full night’s rest or wait at least twenty-four hours before stimpacks can be used at their full effectiveness again. The first stimpack used on a character automatically heals 5 wounds. The second stimpack only heals 4 wounds, the third stimpack heals 3 wounds, and so on. This means that a sixth stimpack will have no effect, as the target’s body is too over-saturated with the medicine for it to be effective.
Range Spend F to increase power's range by a number of range bands equal to Range upgrades purchased.
Power
Move
Description
The Force user can move small objects via the power of the Force.

The user may spend F to move one object of silhouette 0 that is within short range up to his maximum range. The default maximum range is short range.
Upgrade Effect
Power
Manipulate
Description
The Force user shapes machine components on a molecular level, allowing him to mend damaged mechanical systems.

The Force user may spend F to cause one vehicle or starship he is engaged with to recover one system strain. The user may activate this multiple times.
Upgrade Effect

Background

During training, took particular inspiration from the first 2 lines of the Jedi mantra.
"There is no emotion, there is peace.
There is no ignorance, there is knowledge."

Took particular interest in knowledge of medicine and mechanics.
Trained mostly in Force Healing, but has always had an affinity with Foresight.
Foresight went untrained in the pursuit of more material knowledge.

Maybe sometime near the end of the clone war (but before Vader encounter), came to realize that the clone war only happened because the Jedi failed to maintain peace. The Empire then became the best force for peace in the galaxy,
and the Jedi that refused to surrender are nothing but dissidents.

Motivation

Cause: Galactic Peace

The galaxy has been torn and shattered by decades of warfare. Mira wants nothing more than to see peace restored to the galaxy, and recognizes that concerted efforts must be made to resolve galactic warfare.

Mystery: Suffering

Why is there suffering in the galaxy? If the Force exists, created by life, why does it allow beings on countless worlds to spend lives in agony and pain? In fact, how could any benevolent higher power allow suffering to exist? By understanding the nature of suffering, Mira hopes to unlock its role in existence, and gain some insight into why some people must bear burdens of pain and unhappiness.

Morality

50 Morality

Compassion/Hatred

Mira cares about the tribulations others face, and wants to help those she comes across. Her compassion may lead to self-sacrifice in order to aid those who need it.

The galaxy can be a cruel and heartless place, and compassion can quickly turn to hatred of the individuals or situations that cause others to suffer. When a character’s mind roils with simmering hatred, that hatred may be all too slow to fade.

Justice/Cruelty

Mira strives for just and deliberate actions in her life, and in her interactions with others. She attempts to make the objectively right choice every time, knowing that justice is more likely to guarantee positive outcomes than sympathy or other emotional displays.

All too often, the cruel use justice to excuse their actions. If one stops herself from tempering justice with empathy and understanding, she can inflict great harm on others and feel justified doing it. Eventually, she can grow to revel in the suffering of others, even as she deludes herself into thinking she makes the "just" choice.

Description

1.8 meters. Tall, muscular. White hair, white eyes. Fair skin, scar on the right cheek. Cybernetic right arm.
