Raised within the Jedi Academy on Ossus, Chason Teel was found as a young child by Jedi Master K'Kruhk after his parents were killed by the Imperial Remnant for harbouring a Force Sensitive child and not giving him up when he was a teenager. He wanted to train in the ways of the force, learning the path of the Jedi. He was fascinated by the history of the force, and was foremost amongst his peers in his academic studies, especially between the conflict between the Jedi and Sith, but was not very physically strong, failing in most combat exercises During one such training exercise, He reached out within the force and fell into a cavern, finding a holocron of Jedi Master Vodo Siosk Baas. After delivering the holocron to the acadamy, Master K'Kruhk unlocked it and Chason bore witness to Vodo Siosk Baas' philosphy on training the next generation of Jedi as a Jedi battle master, as the dark side will come again. After delivering the holocron to the academy, Chason redoubled his efforts, becoming convinced that the force had led him there to motivate him to walk the path of a Jedi Guardian, Conditioning himself to more intense physical training. This came at the cost of not continuing on his academic studies, making him less of the idealised Jedi Consular that others thought him out to be, and instead a rising Jedi Guardian. He eventually passed most of his peers in combat, before learning and applying form 6 of lightsaber combat, Niman to his fights, suprising his instructors, as the jack of all trades form is usually reserved for Jedi Consulars. Chason intensely studied form 6 in order to walk the path of Exar Kun, to learn all of the forms through form 6, Driven intensely to master it and become the greatest Jedi Battlemaster in the galaxy, Chason Teel wishes to uncover hidden knowledge that will make him be able to combat the dark side and restore the Jedi to glory. He continues to pursue this goal, alongside a subtle hatred towards the Imperial Remnant and the dark side that took away his parents, and have no doubt tormented so many others.

After completing his Padawan trials and obtaining a Blue Double Bladed Lightsaber fashioned in a similar way to Exar Kun, Chason Teel was taken on by human Jedi Knight Aybel Lork'sar learning in the ways of the force, and under her tutelage for 2 years growing a tight bond of friendship between the two, Aybel respecting Chason's martial prowess, while respectively trying to convince Chason to investigate the higher mysteries of the force always reminding him that "The Force will always be with you, your lightsaber will not." This traineeship would unfortunately end before it's time as Abel was sent on a secret mission to the swamp world of Dagobah by Grand Master Luke Skywalker, mysteriously vanishing in the process. the reason why still remaining a mystery to Chason.

Holding a silent grudge against the Grand Master, unable to let go of the guilt of not being there or knowing what happened to Aybel, Chason has remained masterless, hoping to seek out his former mentor who means the galaxy to him, after all, without her instruction, Chason would have never continued to appreciate his academical studies.

Charon was now assigned by K'kruhk to venture out into the galaxy, to stop an impending darkness rising, a familiar darkness that perhaps could be the reason for his master's disappearance. Eagerly, Chason Teel strides forth, the lone Padawan.

Cause: Knowledge: Chason Teel wants to gain the knowledge and skill to become a jedi battlemaster, In order to train the next generation of jedi like his role model Vodo Siosk Baas did, against the taint of the dark side that will come up again.

Ambition:Glory: Chason Teel feels that he is destined for greatness, To train the next generation of jedi by homing in his skills as a jedi battlemaster. He wishes for a chance to prove himself to K'Kruhk and the Jedi Order, and would do anything to not let them down.
