Background
"CorSec is a brutal place, right-- Everybody thinks the competition is getting into the Academy in the first place. Gotta keep good grades, pass all your tests, be better than the rest, but staying in is the hard part. I won't start on a rant, but everybody's still trying to be better than you, and this time there's money and power involved.
Doesn't help now that the Empire is here, and the Republic's gone. With the Republic, CorSec was mostly worried about the usual stuff-- On-planet affairs, maybe with things in our local group that concerned us, but never anything Galaxy-wide. Rumor is, now that the Corellians are working with the Empire, that they're hunting Jedi, now. That's not what I signed up for, and that's why I'm here. There's a price on my head, and I need a place that can help protect me. I've got skills you're gonna need if you want to keep running this operation like this."
Motivation
Overthrow the Empire:
The character despises the Empire and everything that it stands for. He may or may not be an active member of the Rebellion. but he supports its goals and gives aid and comfort to those against Imperial tyranny. (Former CorSec agent that went abandoned his post when Corellia submitted to the Empire)
Obligations
Bounty (10):
For some reason, the character has a price on his head. This may be in the form of a legal warrant or a contract by criminals, collection agencies, or even someone who felt his honor violated in some way. What he did to earn this mark is up to his background, and the severity of his actions can be based on the size of his Obligation. (Abandoned his CorSec post)
Description
A man of darker complexion that wears his hair in dreadlocks, small metal clips decorating a few of them. He's got a long scar across his face that must have been from a field incident, though his eye seems perfectly untouched. He's usually got a stern look on his face, especially when he's doing work, but he's known for being lighter-hearted in conversation.
He generally wears heavy clothing, standard for most CorSec operatives, with the labels and identifying marks torn off. When he isn't, though, he's typically wearing rather light clothing that show off a lot of his body, namely his arms. He seems to have some higher tech gear, with a tool kit and slicer kit usually strapped to his person. When he's in the field, he's always got his scanner goggles on his face.
