Background

The Adjuster's brother was a lab rat, and is immune to a potential biological weapon. I broke him out and have put him into hiding. So the empire is hunting him as they need him to developed the antidote to the weapon. This also explains why I would just use the moniker 'The Adjuster', as my real name would clue the imperials in right away.

Motivation

My motivation is to keep my brother out of harms way, by making enough money to completely genetically/cybernetically modify him beyond recognition. Hence I picked up this work with the Nustar corporation, tasked with evaluating SCAR and WWI, but with their imminent implosion, it makes sense that I'd offer my services to the party.
