**TC-6 Motivation: Relationship: Droid Sidekick:** The droid character is extremely loyalty to the team he serves alongside, putting the care, safety or happiness of the droid’s allies above the droid’s own regardless of the droid’s make, model or design. The droid is motivated to be a droid sidekick to the ally heroes of the mission, playing a secondary, supporting role to the heroes.

**TC-6 Duty: Support:** TC-6 was built for supporting the Rebel Alliance with translation services, human-cyborg relations (Charm), discrete observational spying (Neural Recorder (Cybernetics)), commercial Negotiations, and aggressive negotiations (Scathing Tirade).

Description

TC-6 was a TC-Series Protocol Droid manufactured by Cybot Galactica in the years before the Clone Wars. TC-6 has been memory wiped three times. Each time his memories were wiped clean, TC evolved from factory reset to become self-aware and began pursuing his interests, usually a spy or crime ring. Currently, TC knows little of his early days but he has begun researching his past as he has done each time he previously became self-aware. Old habits tend to die hard.

In the last years of the Republic immediately prior to the Clone Wars, TC was purchased brand new for use as a translator by an aid to a Republic Senator. TC was sent on diplomatic missions to negotiate treaties, trade routes and galactic sector border disputes. TC was prized for his ability to conduct "aggressive negotiations," using Coercion to intimidate wavering counter-parties. The protocol droid quickly amassed a network of Senate aids, diplomats and a wide variety of droids assigned to work for the Senate diplomatic corp. When the extent of TC's spy ring was uncovered, and it's scope was discovered as being beyond the Senator's purview, TC was memory wiped and sold at auction.

TC was then purchased at auction by a Hutt Crime Lord on Coruscant. Rumors of the droid's escapades had reached the great slug who valued crafty associates. During the Clone Wars, TC served along side his Hutt master, serving as a negotiator, translator, waiter, bartender, dispenser of death sticks and other illegal spices. The droid conducted transactions for the Hutt Lord using his installed Mercantiler datapad, Appraiser's Eye cybernetic and onboard credit reader. He was prized by the Hutt for his shiny appearance, especially because the TC-Series Protocol Droid was considered an improved and pricier version of the 3PO-Series Protocol Droid. Once again, TC assembled a spy ring of the Hutt's associates and even enemies, to the delight and jealousy of his Hutt master.

Following the Clone Wars, TC-6 was captured and reprogrammed by an early rebel cell before the formation of the Alliance. Comprised of force users on the run from Order 66, the party assassinated the droid's Hutt master. TC received a partial memory wipe. TC was allowed to keep his crime lord tendencies and familiarity with the Hutts but was reprogrammed to be "owned" by the party. He continued to offer death sticks and other libations to visitors to the party's space transport and TC's spy ring -- now comprised of droids exclusively -- continued to grow.

Eventually, Order 66 caught up with the renegade band of force users: After years of being hunted by the Inquisitorious, Lord Vader himself destroyed the party on the command deck of an Imperial Star Destroyer. TC was not with the rebels at the time of their murders and escaped destruction. When other rebel cells moved to gather the destroyed party's resources, TC was once again "purchased," memory wiped and reprogrammed. TC lost his former droid spy ring in that memory wipe but the rebels retained his memories related to the Hutts, a useful cultural database. He was assigned to provide translation and diplomatic support to Sector Force Lantiles after the rise of the Alliance.

TC begins play self-aware but with no recollection of his prior memory wipes though it is possible that his prior self left clues hidden thrtoughout in the galaxy or embedded secretly among TC's factory code memory modules. TC's natural self-evolution always leads to self-awareness and the building of spy rings and networks. Each time TC evolves from a factory reset he is different. But old habits die hard.

==IN GAME UPDATE==
Old habits indeed die hard. Not long after his factor reset, TC-6 begins to assemble a network of spies and informants, completely unaware that he has done so three times before in prior "lives." TC's spy network is comprised of droids of all kinds, especially those ignored by biological such as Labor Droids, Protocol Droids and other service-class droids. Other informants include biological clerks, butlers, minor and majordomos, servants, slaves, mechanics, secretaries and assistants, those indispensable to society but rarely minded. TC's spy network grows organically: Every where he goes, a kind word or gesture, turns into a mutually beneficial relationship to the profit of all parties.
