Background

She was sold to a Hutt when she was quite young, and was brought up as an Enforcer by her "mother," the Weequay put in charge of training the "recruits." Her "mother" was, unsurprisingly, very abusive, and [name] grew up to hate Weequay.

She fit into her role as an enforcer skillfully and quickly became a valued member of the organization. During this time, she met [name], one of the Hutt's other enforcers. They developed a romantic relationship and plotted to escape the Hutt's employ, preferably killing him in the process.

Their plans never came to fruition, however, as the organization came under assault from a mercenary group. The Hutt and most of his lieutenants were killed, and [name] personally killed her "mother," though the fight cost her her arm. When [husband's name] found her, her right arm was hanging uselessly at her side, nearly severed, with blood pouring from the stump. It was too late to save the arm, but it was replaced with a basic cybernetic to restore her capabilities. She hates it. It makes her feel like an amalgamated monster.

She wanted to leave, make a new life, but [husband's name] felt compelled to join the mercenaries who rescued them. She reluctantly joined him, and they were married. She looks forward to the day when he finally feels his obligation fulfilled and they can start a new life somewhere else.

They quickly rose through the ranks and were assigned to the strike group being put together by the Mandalorian, one of their leader's most trusted lieutenants.

Motivation

Conflict: Out of the Game
After she lost her arm, she decided that she wanted out of the game. When she and her husband were freed from the Hutt's "permanent employment" she wanted to leave and find a new life, but her husband felt an obligation to the merc group who freed them and refused to leave.
Relationship: Lover
While she was still in the "permanent employ" of the Hutt, she fell in love with another enforcer there. After they were freed, they were married, but he felt compelled to join up with the merc group who freed them, and she joined him. He is the only thing keeping her there, she wants little more than a change of career.
