Background
Jretth'ewaeli'taizee was a prodigious young Chiss technician in the Ascendency's Academy of Stars (AAS). He was infamous for being an incredible duelist due to his constantly changed and modified weapons but also for going too far in duels, often leaving his victims close to death. One day, he accidentally killed the son of an important High Ranking Official in the Ascendency, and was exiled from Csilla until he can pay a small amount of 6.9 trillion (6, 900, 000, 000) credits.
