Background

Jo grew up on Alderaan, in quite a comfortable environment. Life on Alderaan was generally good, compared to other planets in the galaxy. She received a proper education there and was quite a flirt in her teenage years, Alderaan harbored a lot of residents who secretly harbored sympathy for the Rebellion. After her parents lost their shipping company due to dubious imperial taxes, she came in contact with rebel sympathizers more frequently.

After she finished her education, she was supposed to start studying to become an ambassador. Instead she joined the Rebellion and started training to become a rebel operative. During her training, it became apparent she had a very dynamic skillset and was very suited to becoming an infiltrator. During her training, news about the Death Star came out. Losing her parents and pretty much all her childhood friends, it sparked a burning motivation in Jo to do well for her people. After completing her training, she was ready to ship out.

Motivation

Influence - Jo is a survivor of Alderaan. That is, she was born and grew upthere, however she spent most of the past years training with the Rebellion to become an operative. Thus, she hasn't been on Alderaan for the past couple of years. After the Death Star destroyed Alderaan, she wanted to make sure she could use her position with the Alliance to ensure a positive future for the other survivors of Alderaan.

Duties

Recruiting (5) - Jo realized early on during her training, that she wanted to help make the Alliance grow into something more than a ragtag bunch of soldiers. She's made it her duty to recruit as many trustworthy and skilled personnel as possible.

Description

Jo had black long hair and a fairly tanned skin. She's skinny and has an athletic build, it being the result of hard training as a rebel. She prefers wearing a brown jacket and beige pants, however her gear tends to change per mission.
