Kettsk was raised under the banner of the illustrious Roozk Clan, his father Brancc the undisputed leader. Brancc would often brag of his many hunts, adorning himself in gaudy trinkets and trophies. On his coming of age, Brancc brought Kettsk down to the lowlands of Kasshyk for a glorious hunt. What Kettsk was met with was a dozen bound and beaten Wookies, caught ahead of time using anti-grav repulsers and stun blasters. Like poachers, and Kettsk was expected to slaughter them all, claiming their pelts, return to Trandosha with an his own boastful story of his perilous hunt....all he felt was the bile rise in his throat, disgusted. They made camp for the night, and in the deep shade of the trees, Kettsk stole away and freed the Wookie family. Brancc caught him in the act, and fired wildly into the night, catching Kettsk on the shoulder. He slunk away into the darkness, his father spewing vile curses into the night. When he awoke, he was under the care of the very Wookies he had saved. The racial animosity was palpable, but they all swore a life debt to him that day, and grew closer over the few years together. They trained him to utilize his environment to the fullest, and when he was ready, Kettsk traded for passage offworld with rare trophies from his hunts. He vowed that day to earn Jagganath Points in his own way, and confront his father for his vile, hedonistic ways.

Kettsk has sworn off using technology of any kind, as a way to assuage the Scorekeeper for the shame his father brings upon his Clan. To that end, he will only ever use tools and weapons that he has crafted with his own two claws, and denies any luxuries offered to him. The Scorekeeper values the hunt, and what better hunt is there than the one for survival, for life itself?

Kettsk towers over even his brethren, with moss green scales and amber eyes. Though he appears lanky, he's covered with ropey, corded muscles from the years climbing the great trees of Kasshyk, and claiming his trophies with his own blood and sweat. He typically adorns himself in simple leathers, camouflage pastes and small trinket trophies of his hunts. Though his tools and methods may be primitive, they are proven effective.
