The user may spend 1 force to move one object of silhouette 0 that is within short range up to his maximum range. The default maximum range is short range.

Background
Hailing from the Selonian homeworld of Selonia he was born into a larger Den that already had several breeding males along with a Queen. Like many others he was groomed for the role of being nothing more then a breeder though he was different then most others, more defient then most. He also seemed to posses strange powers, well until it was realized that it was the force.
That caused a big stirr within the den as there were very few force sensitive Selonians, at first bringing prestige to the queen but as he struggled to control said powers it became clear a Jedi was required. Contact was made and a Jedi stationed on Corellia was sent to evaluate this new potential. At this point Valnek was around 5 years old, which was older then the Jedi liked to train new sensitives.
He passed most of the Jedi tests and it was agreed he would begin training at the Jedi Enclave at Corellia with the acknowledgement that he would be permitted to return to train new sensitives of the den as well as to breed with the queen when required.
He spent the next 20 years training and learning the ways of the Jedi, adopting two styles with Ataru style being the primary and Shien being the secondary. He also learned to study the lay of the land and how to adapt in different environments, following the path of the Jedi Seekers.
However during his training it became clear that his own opinions differed heavily with that of the Jedi, specifically concerning the use of force powers, not to mention the whole not having relationships. Feeling that the Jedi were too fanatical he left the order to find his own way, eventually meeting an offshoot of the Jedi known as the Revanites.
He took the time to study what their views were and finding they tended to fit better with his own personal views, though there are still a few contentions.
Motivation
Discovery: While he puts his all into every aspect of his work, his true passion lies in discovering ancient ruins or even artifacts of the Infinite Empire though he would be more then happy to settle for finding lost holocrons.

Strength: Enthusiasm: The character is always ready to try something new, and he approaches all of his tasks, even mundane ones, with excitement. He’s not one to overthink a situation, lest he miss a great new opportunity.
Weakness: Cruelty: All too often, the cruel use justice to excuse their actions. If one stops himself from tempering justice with empathy and understanding, he can inflict great harm on others and feel justified doing it. Eventually he can grow to revel in the suffering of others, even as he deludes himself into thinking he makes the “just” choice.
Description
Standing at 7ft tall Valnek is taller then most Selonians though he often stands somewhat haunched over, especially when he needs to move about covertly. Covered in sandy/orange fur coupled with the snout he can make an imposing figure though at times his almost otter-like appearance can have the opposite reaction, with some referring to him as 'cute'. He has a few bits of fur sticking up around his nose making it look like he has whiskers and his left eye is a calculating blue colour while his right eye is an emerald green.
He stands digitigrade with a lean but toned figure, which is often on show when he isn't out working. When he outside he can be seen wearing clothing though it was still somewhat..minimalist, almost as though he is uncomfortable wearing clothing, which isn't far from the truth. He also wears more...Selonian designed armour under the clothing to provide some protection in a fight.
Other Notes
Personality:
He is the kind of person who takes pride in his work and is usually up for almost anything in the moment, so long as it serves a purpose. A little brash he can at times leap into action before properly considering the consequences or he can jump to a conclusion before having heard the whole story. This is tempered a little by his training as a sentinel, where he knows very rarely does one have the whole story and the lines between right and wrong become blurred. He is also willing to do what it takes to get the job done, believing that the ends will justify the means, especially when he believes it is for the greater good.
He is usually quite friendly around those he likes though his cautious of newcomers, though he can be quite playful, often employing his force abilities in the form of pranks.
