Background

Of all the Verpine a spacer is likely to meet, Z'pxx would probably be the first. They aren't that numerous, and intelligent Verpine even less so, even after the change to their breeding to allow all new Verpine to be intelligent.

Separated from their hive, Z'pxx found some semblance of belonging working at Maxs Antiques and curios, wandering around looking for the wares that would litter the cluttered shop. He learned what he could about the value and use of each, and the history behind everything he'd bring in.

Motivation

Ambition- Discovery. Z'pxx wants to be known at the one who uncovered lost knowledge, forgotten artifacts, and valuable treasures.

Morality

Z'pxx considers their life's work to be uncovering, cataloging, and getting credit for finding, whatever valuable artifacts and curios that he can. His ambition in his field can sometimes result in an obsessive nature about recovering items once he's found them, and he's proven rather single-minded in this regard from time to time.

Microvision - When closely examining an object, Verpine add 1 boost die to their Perception checks.

Radio-wave Communication - Verpine can produce and hear radio waves, which allows them to silently communicate with other Verpine and specially-tuned comlinks within a 100-kilometer range.
