Rav is from an upper caste Twi'lek family and was raised for a career in diplomacy. It is only when she is serving off-world for Dothan Jarr, a diplomat, that she first sees the Twi'lek practice of selling daughters into slavery up close. She is horrified, but is at first uncertain whether she can oppose such an integral part of Twi'lek culture.

She befriends Vasani, Dothan's favorite, and eventually hatches a plan to free her. During the escape, she and Vasani are separated, and she believes Vasani was recaptured, although she didn't know for certain.

Rav tried to lay low, but soon realized she had to escape off world as she was now an outlaw. She makes a vow that she will find Vasani no matter where she has been taken.

In the meantime, she has been working on a cargo ship whose captain is *mostly* on the level, but who can sometimes use her diplomatic abilities to keep things smooth with local authorities.

Rav is driven to further the interests of others who are downtrodden or less fortunate than herself. Since she was unable to save Vasani, she feels duty bound to help others.

Rav has made a vow to find Vasani and set her free.

Rav is 6' with white skin and large black eyes. She has permanently tattooed eyebrows, and always tries to maintain an excellent appearance. No longer able to afford the fine clothes she is used to, she tailors her clothes herself to ensure a perfect fit. She believes maintaining her image is crucial to being able to effectively play the role of "Ship's Diplomat."

She has an intricate circular Flower of Life tattoo just above her breasts in a shimmering ink that appears to change colors with the light. She also bears a curved scar about 3" long on her right forearm.
