Background
Justified Avenger - Boz's parents moved to Uyter during the Republic era and saw first hand how the newly formed Empire treated non-humans, and poor humans alike. They witnessed how the most unfortunate were press-ganged into slave labour on what should be a lush, peaceful and green planet.
Boz's mother was a teacher, and his father a physician to various patrons out in the rural areas before the Empire began meddling. Growing up with the injustice first hand, Boz's father was eventually forced to tend to one of the slave processing facilities, as only non-humans were deemed to be of the correct class for that kind of work, and lost his business out in the farmlands. Boz saw first hand the horrors of the Empire's back breaking demands as he assisted his father. His mother was murdered when she participated in a protest against Imperial practices, leading Boz and his father into a dark spiral.
Citizen Soldier - Boz joined up with the Abolotionist Militia after his father passed away from sickness. His knowledge of Medicine came in handy to patch up his fellow freedom fighters in various skirmishes and scraps. From there he made contacts that got him in touch with the SecForce at large - Boz felt the need to help on a larger scale and signed up as soon as he could.
