Informant Once per game session, the character may reveal a contact who possesses information on a particular subject of his choice. When the character does this, he must explain how he knows this contact and how the contact can shed light on the matter in question. The contact should be available to the PCs, but the GM decides what the contact’s expertise might cost.
Nobody's Fool 1 The difficulty of any Charm, Coercion, and Deception checks attempted against the character is upgraded once for each rank of Nobody's Fool.
Good Cop 2 The character may spend Two ADV from a Charm or Negotiation check to upgrade the ability of a single ally’s subsequent Social Interaction skill Check against the same target in the same encounter. If the vessel is ever lost or destroyed, the character may apply Pride and joy to a new starship/vehicle that meets the requirements. The process of modifying and acclimating to the new vessel may take some time at the GM's Discretion. No two characters can have the same vessel as pride/joy

Background

Dullis grew up in on the the poorer districts of Bynerria. Never knowing her true parents she spent most of her formative years living on the street having to make do with what she could scavenge or pilfer. She quickly developed a knack for breaking into places where she shouldn't. What started off as a skill set she used to survive quickly became one that could be used to get her off the streets. Finding work as a 'recovery specialist' Dullis found work for the various organizations on planet, working for anyone who was willing to pay.

Secrets:

For some, secrets are another kind of treasure, albeit one that provides access to power as well as wealth. Some seek out secrets at the behest of others, preferring to stay out of the direct conflicts caused by the possession of them, while others happily wield the secrets they've uncovered as weapons for their own pursuits. As powerful and wealth inducing as secrets can be, however, they can also be incredibly dangerous, many beings will kill to maintain important secrets, and many others will kill to obtain those who discover them in the first place.

The PC knows that every victory hinges on knowing as much about the Empire's military might and other assets as possible. He is driven to gather any and all potentially useful data, wishing to locate vital and vulnerable targets for Rebellion forces to strike at. He not only wants to know what the Imperial military factions are up to, but also the state of technological research, economic policies, and other aspects of Imperial strength.

Description

Like many of her species Dullis very rarely shows people her true form. She spends most of her time in the guise of a tall blond woman tough often when she is working she will take on multiple generic identities to help her get in and out of places where she needs to be.
