Loomis was a soldier taking part in anti-separatist operations back when the Republic was still the Republic. He got his knack for heavy weapons back then. After the Republic became the Empire and aliens weren't so welcome anymore, he, being an Arkanian Offshoot, was forced into slavery.

He spent years in the gem mines with many other slaves until an eventual riot led to his freedom. He spent some time on his own, drifting from planet to planet, hiding from the Empire until he heard about the Rebellion, which he intended to join to take the fight to the Empire.

THE REBELLION
The sooner the Galactic Empire is defeated, the better, The character believes absolutely that the Rebel Alliance is in the right and is doing what must be done to free the galaxy from tyranny.

COMBAT VICTORY
The Player Character is driven to show that the Alliance can hold its own against Imperial forces in any troop vs. troop engagement. He wants to engage the Empire's military—their best, whenever possible—and provide more victories for the Alliance to tout to the galaxy as proof it can ultimately win the war. This means daring raids, excellent tactics, and acquiring the best firepower possible.

A tall pale-skinned man with white hair (and beard) and blue eyes, a common look for Arkanian Offshoots. He wears riot armor that he scavenged off of a dead Storm Trooper during the riot, and is often seen wielding various heavy weaponry.

Mechanically, he is an Arkanian, but flavored as an Arkanian Offshoot.
