Background

A disgraced Imperial loyalist and former planetary governor. Colonial governor. Assistant governor. Handled day-to-day operations in the Outer Core under an incompetent superior. Claims to have been kicked out in disgrace after the dissolution of the imperial senate stoked the governor's lust for direct local power.

Ambition: Power
Believes he knew best how to organise the society of his home system, within the Imperial code. In the wake of the Empire's fall, he seeks to establish the system as an independent force with a strong negotiating position.

A distinguished gentleman dressed in finer clothes, though soiled and faded. His receding grey hairline is made up for with an impressively bushy moustache. His eyes are hungry and tired, but gleam with vitality when he laughs, or sees an opportunity for business or prestige.
