ife on Mirial wasn't all bad for Talyn. He had friends and family who cared about him. He messed that up. Talyn never liked the Empire so when a rebel cell tried to recruit him it was all to easy. Anything to show up those thugs right? For awhile things went well and he took quickly to his life as an agent. Then the mission came. He was to infiltrate the base in the Mirial capital, obtain evidence that had been gathered against the rebels, and if possible, assassinate Captain Hark. It was on this last task that Talyn failed. Hark was good. He didn't take kindly to the attempt on his life either. There was torture but in the end the rebels managed to save Talyn. Not his family though. Hark had made them an example. Young and angry Talyn decided he may find more use for his skills on the battlefront. Quickly making a name for himself he was recruited into Nemesis Squad.
