Drach is not very good with tech, as he is from the planet Loestor, an isolated world somewhere in the Unknown Regions. Loestor is a jungle type planet with little or no tech on it. Drach stowed away on a travelers ship back to the Inner Rim, where he learned that he couldn't process the Basic language. He then obtained a translator so that he could communicate with others.
He proceeds to look into education but goes into debt in order to pay for said education.
