Background

Born to a well-respected family in the Chiss Ascendancy, Zashu was a rarity among his species, a male force wielder. Zashu kept his powers a secret to everyone, even his family. He enlisted in the Chiss Defence Fleet, where he studied as a medic. He lived in relative peace until the fall of the Galactic Republic and the start of the Empire. He heard of the slaughter of force sensitives and feared, not for himself, but his people. He got on a trading ship and headed for the stars. He went from planet to planet, dishing out his medical services to those who needed it, while also slowly building up his force powers by making amulets and other items to sell.
