The Outsider / A failure of character
After being orphaned at a young age, Griddle was taken in by a tribe of Tusken Raiders and raised as one of their own, learning the sacred art of shooting good and hitting things with sticks.
After a failed attempt to link with a bantha, Griddle was also trampled by the beast, damaging their environment suit and Griddle fled into the wastelands in shame.
Eventually they got picked up by a roaming band of traders and stumbled into the art of bounty hunting.

Griddle is trying to prove themselves out in the world to return to their tribe triumphantly. But the lack of tribe and Griddle's constant sense of outsider-ness has led to them becoming very clingy to this crew who now serves as a surrogate tribe.
Therefore, Griddle really wants all these weirdos to work together.

Griddle wants to get back to their tribe, return victorious. But to do that will require money, which has been hard to come by.

Desert weirdo with a handsome poncho and a busted Tusken mask slung around their neck, which they will put on at the slightest moment of social discomfort, despite how hard it is to breathe through it.
