Bruce was born and raised on the oceanic planet of Karkaris, a world inhabited predominantly by the formidable Karkarodon species. From a young age, Bruce had an insatiable curiosity for technology and machinery. He spent his days scavenging the shores, searching for discarded pieces of technology from ships that had crashed or washed ashore.

Growing up in a community where resources were scarce, Bruce learned the value of ingenuity and self-reliance. He taught himself the art of repairing and repurposing, becoming a skilled scraper known for his ability to salvage and refurbish even the most damaged equipment.

One day, while exploring a particularly remote area of the ocean floor, Bruce stumbled upon the wreckage of a long-lost Jedi starfighter, a Delta-7 Aethersprite-class interceptor. The discovery filled him with excitement and dread in equal measure. Excitement at the prospect of possessing such advanced technology, and dread at the potential consequences of being caught with it.

Knowing that he couldn't risk drawing attention to himself, Bruce kept his find hidden, working tirelessly in secret to restore the starfighter to its former glory. However, the task proved to be more daunting than he had anticipated, requiring years of meticulous work and countless modifications.

During this time, Bruce found solace and companionship in Ralla, a Notulun and his closest friend. Ralla was a skilled engineer in her own right, and the two shared a deep bond forged through their shared love of technology. As their relationship blossomed, Ralla became Bruce's most trusted confidante, supporting him in his endeavor to restore the starfighter.

After months of tireless effort, Bruce finally completed the restoration of the Delta-7 starfighter, which he affectionately named "Sea Serpent" in honor of his oceanic home. With R-7, the astromech droid he had built from salvaged parts, by his side, Bruce bid farewell to Ralla, knowing that their paths diverged at this pivotal moment.

With the Sea Serpent primed for flight and a sense of adventure burning in his heart, Bruce embarked on a journey to the stars, determined to explore the galaxy and uncover its mysteries. With R-7 at his side, he knew that no challenge was too great, no obstacle too daunting, as long as they faced it together.
