Name Rank Book & Page Description
Toughened 1 Collapse of the Republic #29 Gain +2 Wound Threshold
Intimidating 2 Collapse of the Republic #29/Gadgeteer Tree May suffer a number of strain to downgrade difficulty of coercion checks, or upgrade difficulty when targeted by Coercion checks by an equal number. Strain suffered this way cannot exceed ranks in Intimidating.
Defensive Stance 1 Gadgeteer Tree One per round on the character’s turn, the character may perform a Defensive Stance maneuver to assume a defensive stance against incoming melee attacks. He then suffers a number of strain no greater than his ranks in Defensive Stance. Until the start of the character’s next turn, upgrade the difficulty of all melee combat checks targeting the character a number of time equal to the strain suffered by the character in this way.
Conditioned 1 Collapse of the Republic #29 Remove Black set back dice per rank of conditioned from athletics and coordination checks. Reduce the damage and strain suffered from falling by 1 per rank of Conditioned.
Brace 1 Gadgeteer Tree As a maneuver, the character may Brace themselves. This allows a character to remove a Setback Die (Black Die) per rank of Brace from the next skill check based on changing conditions: inclement weather, unstable surfaces, zero gravity, heavy gravity, or other disruptive physical obstacles that would make a skill check more difficult.
Grit 1 Collapse of the Republic #29 Gain +1 Strain threshold

Background

Leliana Itera was born on the Mandalorian moon of Concordia during the Mandalorian Clan Wars, after the New-Mandalorians exiled those unwilling to abandon their warrior ways. When Pre Vizsla arrived to gather his Death Watch army to retake Mandalore, Clan Itera refused to acknowledge him as the Lord Manda'lor - for he had stolen the Darksaber, he had not won it. For Clan Itera was an ancient and noble house, adhering to the ways of the Mandalorian Creed, and would not acknowledge any leader that did not fit within those ways. Leliana herself was trained in these ways, though she discovered upon accident the Clan's great secret - the power of their Enemies, the Jedi, ran in their Clan's blood. Although her mother tried to reassure her she would master it in time with discipline, Leliana knew she would not find her answer on Concordia, and left the Mandalorian system. Surviving on odd jobs throughout the Galaxy, she came across more questions than answers, which eventually led her into contact with a group of people where she would have to trust her ancient enemy in order to survive. Within that time, she strayed further from the path than she ever would have than with her Clan, though it gave her something she had never sought about her people until she left them - clarity. The old ways were how Mandalore survived, but Mandalore needed new blood, new leadership, to unite them. Now Leliana wishes to lead her people to a new dawn, free from the shackles of generational bloodlines unworthy of leadership, led by those who had proven themselves in The Way of the Manda'lor - be it with her Clan, or a new one of her making.

Motivation

To lead her people by proving herself to be worthy of the Way of the Manda'lor, finding out the fate of her clan, or possibly making one of her own.

Morality

Her emotional strength is her ambition and compassion, while her weakness is her anger.
