- Vesca was born on Ryloth, 30 BBY. Ancestors moved back to Ryloth 400 years prior to his birth.

- Was 8 during the beginning of the clone wars.

- After the liberation of Ryloth by the Republic from the Separatists, Vesca idolized the republic and became patriotic in what it stood for.
- His family moved to a Republic controlled Mid-Rim planet after the liberation and they lived pretty well.

- When Order 66 was initiated when he was 11, he believed in the cause of the Jedi over-throwing the Republic and saw near to no issue with the execution, even though the Jedi liberated his home planet.

- Was conflicted about "ALL" the Jedi being traitors, but propaganda had convinced him of the plot and quickly forgot about it.

- Felt sympathy for Palpatine when he gave his address on the creation of the Galactic Empire and believed in his leadership for winning the Clone Wars and protecting the Galaxy during the war.

- When he was growing up on the Mid-Rim world, he began tipping of law enforcement about anti Imperial sentiment and actions and gained the trust of the local enforcement and garrisoned troopers.

- On the planet, his family worked and lived decently, even though they were "Alien" and "Non-Human" and often discriminated against. He is used to the discrimination, Twi'lek's have suffered discrimination ever since they were discovered several millennia ago. Same goes with the exploitation of the Twi'leks. He can sometimes be uncomfortable with the treatment of his species when he sees it, and knows of the rampant slavery under the Empire, but Twi'leks have been slaves for nearly as long as they were discovered, so he saw this as no change in the norm for his species, believing that if the Twi'leks just cooperated instead of rebelling all the time, they wouldn't be so exploited.

- When he was 15 he became part-time employed in a club, where he learned of the street life, where he learned of many secrets and dealings between people. He also worked at his fathers own company which is taking off and actually rather prominent in the city he lives.

- When he was 16, impressed with his commitment, his contacts in local enforcement got him an interview with the ISB, where he was hired as an outside agent. Who is to infiltrate and work undercover in anti-imperial groups and route out any dissension and report back to his contact in the ISB code name Erical, real name [Redacted] (Sella Vono), who will issue advice and instructions to Vesca on how to proceed in his operations, who needs to be tipped off, seduced, assassinated, coxed in a certain direction as well as inform him of any proper action the Empire will take if the operation is near completion and needs to be "cleaned up". In this line of work, he has been given permission to kill imperial personnel if it will keep his cover in check.

- He takes pride in his family heirloom, the Kalikori which dates back to around 3,635 BBY. Given that it is so old, and that many generations have contributed to it, it is fairly large, around 7 ft tall and is a prominent center-piece / statue in his family home. The original T-shaped base was the first and tells the story of the two that started it, an ancient Human Sith Lord called Xanjo Ferras and his Twi'lek wife Vette Ferras. His family is one of the few that know of the existence of the ancient Sith Empire. (Fun lore, not relevant to the story at large. He can show pictures of the Kalikori and in the description, its made up of several connecting pieces and covered in engravings. If people ask, I'll just say it tells the tale of the first and several of the later generations, and might mention it has connection to the Ancient Sith.

Faith in the empire is derived from the Republic saving his people, the Republic then transitioning into the Empire and allowing his family to live well whilst the Empire created trillions of jobs for the people of the galaxy. He believes the evil the Empire commits is a necessary evil in which to tow the chaos of the galaxy into an organised collective civilization, seeing them as the only way him and his family and the rest of the Empire will be able to live in peace. Even though some are worse off, he believes that in several decades, once the Empire is fully established and all systems are brought under control, the discrimination and exploitation will decrease and the Galaxy will enter a period of total peace. With this belief, he is willing to do near what ever it takes to complete his mission
