Background
Created as the Clone Wars was ending, he refused the shutdown order, believing that Separatist defeat was unacceptable. In need of an army to command they learned to build droids, believing that they can single handedly revive the Separatist Alliance with a large enough army, coming into line with Dakka the Hutt under the idea that he can sway Dakka into becoming an ally.
