Character: Dak Downluck
Born on Onderon 5 years before the events of the phantom menace, age 45.
Growing up on Onderon during the occupation of the separatist army Dak learned the ways of war earlier than most. Joining the resistance at age 15 he found he was skilled with a blaster. After the empire was formed he decided he was better off making a name for himself in the skies. Catching a ride with a corporate transport he worked for about 10 years before a chance encounter led him to his new family. Those were his prime years, until his leader and someone he considered a friend betrayed him and left him to be scooped up by imperials. He spent years in prison until a routine prison transfer was hit and he took the opportunity to escape. For the past 10 years he’s been going solo, doing odd jobs and searching for his betrayer. Hoping for his revenge.
