Force Powers
Power
Foresee
Description
Force users often have precognitive flashes, experiencing waking dreams or visions about people and situations through their abilities. These powers are rarely so clear and obvious as to provide unequivocal visions of the future, but are certainly enough to give a Force user pause for thought when he has a "bad feeling about something.
The power of foresight has been used in countless different ways by countless different Force users throughout history. Some use it to gain vague images far into the future, while others use it to predict the movements of their foes or see an unexpected event in their near future.

Background
A Jedi out of time: A Padawan of the distant past, Nali found herself in an era bereft of the Order or the people she once knew. Though she had proper training in the Force and Lightsaber, it meant little with her ignorance and lack of preparation. Nor could she turn to her people, for the Force marked her an outcast. One to be killed on sight. All that was left now was to determine who freed her and to aid what was left of her people.
The Jedi
Motivation
Responsibility (The Jedi): A character with the Responsibility Obligation feels a strong sense of accountability or relationship to a person, place, or thing (a responsibility to kin falls under the Family Obligation described above). This could include a strong connection to a mentor, a strong desire to care for orphans in a given location, or taking on the needs of an under-represented minority. (Obligation Value: 15)
Dutybound (The Jedi): The PC has a deep sense of duty that he feels compelled to fulfill, such as military service, making good on a contract, or following some sort of thieves' code. Unlike the Oath Obligation (see below), a Dutybound character has some legal or ritualistic bind to an organization or cause making it extremely difficult or detrimental if he fails to live up to that commitment. (Obligation Value: 10)
Betrayal: This Obligation can work in one of two ways: either the character is the target of a deep and personal betrayal, or the character is the one who betrayed others. Whether it's as simple as a betrayed confidence or broken promise or as serious as treason or mutiny, the betrayal eats away at the character and affects his everyday life. The target of the betrayal may seek answers, compensation, or simply revenge. (Obligation Value: 5)
Morality
Compassion: The character cares about the tribulations others face, and wants to help those he comes across. His compassion may lead to self-sacrifice in order to aid those who need it.
Coldness: Self-reliance can slip into isolation if one is not careful. A cold character doesn't just desire to rely only on himself, but has nothing but disinterest for anyone else. If they can't help themselves, why should he aid them?
Mercy: The character shows mercy toward his foes, dealing with them fairly and honorably. He can spare the defenseless, will help a helpless enemy, and generally does not abuse a position of strength.
Weakness: There is a fine line between showing mercy to one's foes and letting evil fester because one does not want to engage with it. The character may let bad things happen simply because it is too hard to deal with them.
Current Morality: 71/100
Description
Often wearing a smile, intentionally or not, Nali is a kindly individual with flowing black hair and short, outdated robes. Though she is missing her old Lightsaber, that does not slow her down as she keeps herself upright. Her posture proper and confidence full. Her figure is moderately athletic with a softness to her features and body that helped offset the usual cold of her people.
Other Notes
• Special Abilities: Chiss begin the game with one rank in Cool. They still may not train Cool above rank 2 during character creation.
• Infravision: Chiss have adapted to be able to see in both the infrared and normal visual spectra. This enables Chiss characters to remove up to • added to checks by lighting conditions.
DEFENSIVE (PASSIVE)
Defensive weapons are particularly good at fending off incoming melee attacks. A character wielding a weapon with the Defensive quality increases his melee defense by the weapon's Defensive rating.
Utility Belt
Utility belts let travelers keep valuable tools and items close at hand. Contents and configurations vary by user, and many include integral holsters or gun belts. Utility belts increase a character's encumbrance threshold by 1.
