Free Force Power
Description
Using a Destiny Point and taking strain, the Force User may activate a Force Power that they have no specialized in or invested XP into. When doing so in this manner, additional strain may be taken to activate additional upgrades the power. Additionally, a Destiny Point and strain may be taken to activate upgrades on powers they are specialized in.
The amount of strain taken is equal to 5 divided by the XP requirement of the power or upgrade (Example: Move requires 10XP to purchase but Protect/Unleash require 20. It is 2 strain to use Move but 4 to use Protect/Unleash). Furthermore, you CANNOT use a Force Power that you do not have the Force Rating requirement for in this manner (Example: Protect/Unleash requires a minimum of 3 Force Rating).
"Equal Opportunity/Survival: 8"
Believes that all should be given the same opportunity to succeed but believes that only the strongest will succeed. Resources should be distributed equally in the beginning and the strong will take what they want and will go as far as they are personally capable.
