Rocha never knew his birth parents and was raised in foster care most of his life. He is also infertile and unable to have his own offspring. He found himself drawn towards social activism and his love of music. He is a well known and respected in certain circles as a Jizz musician. His music is inspired by the evils of the empire and he makes music to inspire others and highlight the wrongs of this police state. He enjoys the company of women and other companions, however finds building meaningful relationships with romantic partners pointless as he can never have offspring. Something that haunts him to feel like a void. He turns to social activism to find a purpose in his life. He longs to make a difference in the galaxy now though his actions and not just his words.

Freedom: The absolute and autocratic rule of the Emperor is an offense to this Player Character's core beliefs about governments and politics. He might, in fact, oppose central authoritarianism in all forms, yet see the Alliance as a "lesser evil" he can deal with after the Empire is brought down

He must pursue this, possibly to the detriment of his health, finances, or well-being. A character with this Obligation tends to get along well with others that share his interest, but is looked at with pity, amusement, or even a bit of fear from others who don't understand.
