Minerva Ra, doctor Minerve Ra, specializing in ancient civilizations and technical wonder of the world, but dont let her doctorate fool you. Say anything but doctor in front of her name you might catch a whip to the face, and no don't joke about being a medical doctor either, or she will make sure you bleed out.

Hailing from the core world of Courscant, Minerva came from a decent and well to do family, but Minerva found their life utterly boring and could not stand to stay. As soon as she could she went off to university, though she spent more time pursing her interests than attending sterile classes taught by stuffy pompous professors. Listening to these so called men of intellect sound off like blow hards without doing so much as leave the core worlds and act like they where beyond reproach pushed Minerva to go a different route.

After receiving her first Degree and a research sponsorship Minerva didn't waste time, ignoring the red tape, disregarding status of her peers, and violating native sacred sites, Minerva started to collect relics. " They where not using it properly, these natives need to be saved from themselves." This was a common thing Minerva said about her 'acquiring' relics, much to the dismay of her colleagues.

Her methods of not caring about how her peers saw her and her methods that flew in the face of the scientific society has her viewed in a negative light be her said peers. In fact they do not much care if Minerva got lost in a tomb somewhere. Minerva doesn't care to have their support and will let her own work and achievements stand for themselves.

Now with her doctorate under her belt she is ready to head out there and continue to prove them all wrong.
