Growing up in the backwater levels of Corusant Don is well accustomed to the illicit dealings of some of the most ruthless gangs out there. Serving as a runner for the local gangs, Don learned the ins and outs of not being seen when you didnt want to be. Don made his living splicing into credit accounts of unsuspecting passerbys then using the credits to purchase gear for himself and the gang. After years of working in the gangs, Don was eventually picked up by the Imperial forces in a heist gone wrong then was "repurposed" for his afinity towards cybernetics and skill as a slicer. Being sent to countless rebel worlds to crack their security and open the door for the imperial forces, Don grew acustomed to the lifestyle but resented the imperial treatment of him. One day after an unprovoked reaming by an imperial officer, Don snapped, killing the officer and a few security personel in the process.

Locked away and on a transport for execution Don steamed in silence as the ship was boarded by rebel commandos. When an intense gunfight broke out that resulted in the commandos being out numbered and out gunned, the commandos freed Draxus from his cell after Draxus convinced them of his distain for the Imperials and his desire to help the commandos take over the ship. WIth a pistol in one hand and his cyber jack in the other, Don assisted the commandos by locking out and disrupting the security forces on the ship. Once the battle was over and the commandos secured the ship, Don was dropped off on the nearest planet after a falling out over one tasty beverage and an off-colored joke about a commando's mother.
