Name Rank Book & Page Description
Tundra Dwellers 1 When making skill checks, Pantorans may remove a setback die imposed due to cold environmental conditions.
Respected Delegate 1 The character downgrades the difficulty of social skill checks made to interact with government institutions outside of their homeworld a number of times equal to their ranks in Respected Delegate.
Kill with Kindness 2 The character removes a setback die per rank of Kill with Kindness from [their] Charm and Leadership checks.
Nobody's Fool talent 1 The difficulty of any Charm, Coercion, and Deception checks attempted against the character is upgraded once for each rank of Nobody's Fool.
Translation Error 1 Once per encounter, the character may remove a despair from the results of a social skill check they make.
Consider Our Options 1 The character may take the Consider Our Options action, making a Hard difficulty Negotiation check. If the check succeeds, until the start of the character's next turn, any enemy who attacks the character suffers 2 strain, plus 1 strain per additional two success results on the character's check, before resolving the attack. (If this strain causes an adversary to become incapacitated, the GM may determine that adversary simply bows out of the fight.) The effect end immediately if the character inflicts damage on an enemy.
Imroved Consider Our Options 1 When the character takes the Consider Our Options action, the character may choose to have the effects also apply to attacks that target the character's allies who are within short range. The effects end for all characters if the character or an affected ally inflict damage on an enemy.

Background

A minor clerk in the Senate. He serves on Coruscant and was appointed there immediately after graduating from the Academy. His family has lived on Coruscant their entire lives, and he himself has never ventured beyond Coruscant's orbit. The Kor family isn't exactly wealthy, but they make ends meet quite well. The middle son paved his way through ambition and a certain amount of arrogance.
Galaktion is at the very beginning of his career and is determined to prove that he is the man the Republic needs to survive. And when Senator Argen, for whom Galaktion serves as Administrator, has begun publicly expressing concerns about Mandalore (some mossy planet in the Outer Rim), Galaktion stepped up, confident that he could both salvage the Senator's reputation and score political points by saving the Senate from wasting taxpayer money.
