KOROMONDAIN SVT-300 STUN CLOAK: (encum 2) If the wielder of the stun cloak is hit by a melee or brawl attack, the attacker suffers 7 damage. This damage is applied to the target's strain threshold. This effect consumes one of the cloak's payload of charges from its Limited Ammo quality.

Once the cloak has expended its payload of three charges, the power source in its clasp must recharge for three minutes before it can be used again.

Garote: (emcum 1) character who makes a successful Brawl attack when using a garrote against a target can cause the target to become suffocated. Targets may attempt to break free of the garrote with an opposed Brawl check, adding a setback die for each round they have been caught.

Survivalist armor: (encum 3, defense 0, soak 2, hp 3) Wearing a suit of Survivalist armor increases the wearer's encumbrance threshold by 1. ( Mods: Custom fit: (hp 1) Character removes a setback die from Athletics and Stealth checks while wearing the armor.)
