Background
After the battle of the grassy plains, in which OOM-9 was shut down with the other battle droids, it was picked up by some battlefield scavengers who sold the lot off to a smuggler heading out to the edge of the empire....
Motivation
Support the CIS: The character supports the goals and methods of the CIS and does their best to advance its cause. They'll defend the CIS in conversation and would even take up arms in it's defence... if it were still around.
Obligations
10 - This character has an obligation to link up with their unit, establish contact with the CIS and continue their fight against the republic. Or upon learning about how long it's been, at least find out more about what happened. Maybe find away to move on from things and discover renewed purpose. Or perhaps even seek revenge...
