Theodosia grew up in the Noble House of Vlash on Pantora, a distant cousin of Senator Chuchi in the Galaxy Senate. As with most disinherited kids, Theodosia had to look for other things to make a name for herself, so she joined the planetary defense force, an officer's commission graciously purchased for her by her Father, Konstantin.

As Theodosia grew up, she had a hard time reconciling the atrocities and authoritarian rule perpetuated by the Empire with the values espoused and taught by her elders. This was particularly exacerbated by her father and the Appeaser faction in the Assembly subservience to the Empire in exchange for a largely hands off governance style. Leaving with her youngest sibling, Theodosia gathered what she could and took off to join the Rebellion, where she leveraged her skills as a pilot to serve.

The middle-est of 5 children, Theodosia grew up forgotten about a lot, and the only times she was recognized in the dynastic-focused Vlash family was when she didn't live up to the expectations of her parents, falling far short of the accolades of her ancestors. As she matured, Theodosia had a chip on her shoulder that manifested in seeking recognition from her superiors. As she became a pilot. she found her niche in escort and infil/exfil missions, especially those under heavy fire.
