Born on Boz Pity into a wealthy family. Joined the Confederacy of Independent Systems when it formed as a psychiatric doctor. His medical facility was attacked by a force of Republic Judicials near the end of the war and Arion was brutally beaten by 2 of them for trying to protect his patients. The beating inflicted permanent brain damage on Arion, turning his voice from an elegant cadence to a barely coherent studded. Tossed into a Republic prison camp and released after the war. For 2 years after the war, he returned home to Boz Pity to reconnect with old friends and settle down. During that time he married his college sweetheart Faye Park and tried to cope with his war injuries. After a few months Faye began to develop severe health problems from all of the shelling that the Republic conducted on the planet. Arion set out to find a better job so he could support Faye in her health struggles.
