Forced into slavery under Lady Hutt due to being born while her mother was a slave, she was a tool. Lady Hutt ran a brothel with sex slaves and dancers that doubled as thieves and intelligence seekers through which Lady Hutt extorted politicians, etc. After a few dangerous run-ins where lady Hutt put Oyis'kia's life at risk with dangerous clients, she runs away led by an ambition and a gut feeling she doesn't quite understand. She mistrusts pretty much everyone except droids because once you understand their programming you know who/what they are. She witnessed people on all sides of every issue of each species in the brothel she grew up in.

Ambition - freedom. An escaped tool of Lady Hutt, Oyis'kia can't think beyond a single goal - Freedom.

Bounty (mag 10) - her primary obligation is bounty. Sher, her gut, and her thieving skills with looks were prized to Lady Hutt and she is being searched and hunted for.

a second obligation could develop later to try and understand who she is, where she comes from, why her magical gut pulls her to specific people and places, and her understanding of her family history.

She is a 28-year-old, 5'4" Twi'lek with Hazel eyes and deep purple skin. Her expressive Lekku fade from deep purple at the base to a light blue and she has two blue birthmarks on her left collar bone and the back right shoulder both rounded. Worn scars where shackles left the typical mark of the enslaved are visible on her wrists and ankles. She is attractive but not overwhelmingly so, making her able to both blend in and stand out when she sees fit.
