Kohl was born into a prosperous family on Chandrila. He was sent to the best schools and subsequently expelled from the best schools. Kohl found his everyday life boring and did anything in his power to make it more bearable, drugs, fist fights, hanging out in the space port with smugglers and thieves. At 17 he left his family and home world (neither were sad to see him go) and enlisted in the Imperial Military. He ended up a Stormtrooper mainly due to his intimidating size and elected to serve in the medic division (mainly for the access to pharmaceuticals). Kohl found a home in his squad, patching them up after battle or a cantina brawl and providing them with the creature comforts the Empire doesn't usually provide.

Kohl is a large middle age man that always seems to have a smile on his face. He is a bit disheveled for a Stormtrooper.
