Azaan was born in a Mandalorian Protector enclave on the Corellian moon Gus Talon, to a Mandalorian Armorer and a Corellian technician aiding in the base's establishment. He spent most of his life expecting to join the Protectors and fly with them, attending the Imperial Academy on Corellia and training with his mother's comrades. However, as the Empire tightened its grip on the galaxy, his enclave eventually decided to return to Concord Dawn, and Azaan had no wish to bow to the Imperial puppet in charge there.

Abandoning his post, along with his home and his family, he wandered for a time taking odd jobs, following a powerful sense of intuition. Recently though, a strange urge led Azaan to meet the rest of the party, and he feels this is where he belongs.

Oath (Love) - Azaan loves all of his companions for the new family they have become, and he is dedicated to protecting all members of the group. He harbors particularly deep feelings for Ecem. His adoration for her drives him to keep her safe at all costs.

Insight / Paranoia - Azaan possesses an uncanny intuition and awareness of the world around him, which he utilizes to protect his companions. However, this has also left him prone to being paranoid and overcautious, and makes it difficult for him to trust those who he doesn't know intimately.

Azaan is a wiry, pale-skinned human male. Standing at 1.8 meters and weighing about 65 kilograms, he is generally restless, shifting his feet and glancing around any space he is in.
