Background
Dilo's planet, Kintan, was conquered by the Hutts long before he was born, but the effects are still felt today. Many Niktos are still followers, better lieutenants than captains. Dilo's own family "works" for Hutts, but Dilo was saved as a hatchling. The voice of his Force sensitivity spoke while he was not yet hatched while a Jedi was visiting Kintan. The egg, Dilo, was taken from the clutch before his family was split apart, his father enforcing for one Hutt and his brother mining spice for another. Dilo doesn't know what became of the other eggs, or his mother. Because of his family's history, not to mention his planet's, Dilo is diametrically opposed to following orders without question and individuals not thinking for themselves, questioning his place in the Order that values individuality and free thought but still requires hierarchical commands.

Combat Victory -
--Motivation--
Galactic Peace, Dilo wants the war to end so that people from the Core to the Rim can live in peace,
--Strength/Weakness--
W-Hate -- Dilo hates criminals and slavers, to the point that he may kill them before arrest or a fair trial. His sense of honor and value of personal choices is at odds with his hate of the CIS, who are criminals in the eyes of the Republic.
S-Honor -- Dilo will honor any deal he makes, and that is the crux of his conflict with staying in the Order. He feels obligated to stay and act in accordance of their mandates, because they fed and housed and cared for him since before hatching, and saved him from being enslaved like his family. He doesn't like following without question, but feels he almost owes obedience to the Order.
Morality

Having grown under the Order's tutelage, Diplo acts Jedi-like. However, some of their ideals do not match with his own. He does not think that the Order is sustainable, and they need to loosen the restrictions on recruitment, like age, and should hold a more open mind for emotions.
