Background

When Cyrus was about ten, the Galactic Empire took over his home planet. One day, while he was with his family at a nearby market, he was suddenly overcome with the feeling that someone was overwhelmed with fear. He ran in what seemed a random direction but, deep down, he knew where he was going. After turning the corner, he saw a tradesmen being confronted by a stormtrooper, blaster at the ready. It seemed that the stormtrooper was asking the tradesmen a question that he obviously did not know the answer too. Shortly after, his Father arrived and brought Cyrus back to where Skye and his mother were waiting. From that day on, Cyrus wanted to ensure that no more people will have to suffer from the empire's ruthlessness.

Motivation

Ambition: Understanding
He wants to understand Skye's past and to help her discover her parents' history. Since he wants to help people, he feels he should be able to understand them and their past. Maybe helping Skye understand hers will help him with that.

Cause: Help the Helpless
He knows that many unfortunates are forgotten by the galaxy, and is determined to not forget them himself. He wants to help them when he can, and will go out of his way to do so.
