Background
Yashnaya grew up in as a member of small religious cult on Ord Mantell. The cult was founded after a visitor who won big at the casino had a vision of that She could never be wrong and convinced others to follow her far along the coast. Chosen at a young age to train in the ways of the outsiders, Yash skipped out on a mission to obtain supplies to make his fortune in the galaxy.
Orignally he considered being a bounty hunter but found that it didn't suit him. He liked the idea of the search and exploration but not the part which involved actually capturing people. He keeps a set of binders in his backpack to remind him of this time.
