Turruuto is a Talz orphan believed to have been born off world (not native to Orto Plutonia) in an impoverished multi species migrant labor community that travelled the Outer Rim seeking safety, employment opportunities, while often having to move on due to being targeted by xenophobia or predatory criminal enterprises. As an adult, he found himself more or less stranded on Nar Kefka without connections or means to move on to greener pastures. While not explicitly a pacifist, he is generally peaceful and non-confrontational. This made seeking gainful employment a challenge on Nar Kefka, where the Hutt and Pyke powers that be were generally only interested in using him as muscle for their criminal operations. However due to his dedication and fortitude, he was eventually able to convince one of Ardeka the Hutt's Lieutenants, Brax, to employ him as a docking bay worker - providing basic servicing to the ships that passed through the Hutt's docking bay - the primary landing facilities on Nar Kefka.
