Built for the Empire at the end of the Clone Wars, but was 'liberated' by agents of a Hutt, and developed full sentience due to no more memory-wipes.

Owes his 'rescuer' a favour for his freedom. That person is Grabola the Hutt, who developed a soft-spot for Credit (Grabola is the one who gave him his name). Credit has his "freedom" for now - but Grabola never really lets anything or anyone go. He finds himself called upon by the Hutt wherever and whenever the Hutt wants.

Credit wants true freedom more than anything else. It's true he is no longer bound by the Empire, but he owes Grabola a LOT, and hopes someday to fully repay the debt.

Obligation: Favour. The PC owes a big favor. Perhaps officials looked the other way when he smuggled in goods, or a friend got him out of prison. Regardless, the favors are stacking up, and soon he’s going to be asked to pay them back or return the favor. This favor may be called in a little at a time, prolonging the Obligation.
