Hovue Radul and his wife Sorah have a medium sized interstellar shipping business. She runs the home office and oversees the day-to-day running of the business. He is the Head of Developing New Markets, basically an over glorified merchant captain of a light freighter that is used to both broker new trade agreements in remote systems, develop new markets, and to satisfy his wander lust....mostly to satisfy his wanderlust. While he and his wife love each other very much, they have come to an agreement of sorts. While he is in system he is hers, exclusively. However, outside of Devoronia, he is free to as he pleases with these sitpulations: No employee, it remains discreet, and no offspring.

About a year or so ago, he and his wife met with a mysterious Mr. M, who had a business proposition for them. They would take on his men as 'crew' on their ships, they would not have to pay these men, just feed them, and take them to various planets that they already had dealings with. In return, Mr. M would provide a sizeable gratuity for seeing to the transport of these 'wayward souls'. This was working out well for them, too well as it would seem as they were recently contacted again by Mr. M for a new opportunity.

Hovue is a staunch capitalists and believes in unrestricted trade, which is becoming harder and harder to do as the Empire cracks down. He is also driven by the love for his family and takes his position in their business seriously.
