Background
Born on Coruscant to a family of mid level income earners, Rancli's family had enough money to go off world for vacations. On half of the worlds he traveled to, he saw and experienced imperial corruption first hand. Nearly about to be mugged and raped by the planetary governors assistant, he was saved by an unlikely hero, Darth Vader.
