Background
This stormtrooper used to be attached to an Inquisitor unit that specialized in hunting, capturing, and killing Force-Sensitives. He was on one of these hunts when his ability awoke, it was not discovered until he had the Gungan Jedi cornered and it commented on the strength of the Force within him. This scared him because he knew what the Inquisitors would do with him, because he had seen it first hand. So he ran and has been running ever since.
