Gearhead Rank 2 Remove a Setback Die (Black Die) per rank of Gearhead from all Mechanics checks. In addition, the credit cost to add mods to attachments decreases by 50%. This does not increase with multiple ranks of Gearhead.
Inventor Rank 2 When constructing new items or modifying existing attachments (see Chapter V: Gear and Equipment), the character may choose to add □ or remove ■ from the check per rank of Inventor.
Armor Master When wearing armor, the character increases his total soak value by one.
Improved Armor Master When wearing armor with a soak value of two or higher, the character increases his defense by one.
Mental Tools Force talent. The character always counts as having the right tools for the job (see page 181) when performing Mechanics checks.
Tinkerer The character makes one piece of equipment more modifiable. He chooses one piece of equipment and increases its number of hard points by one. He can only do this once per piece of equipment, but can modify a number of pieces of equipment equal to his ranks in Tinkerer. If he loses a modified piece of equipment, he may apply Tinkerer to a new one.
Falling Avalanche Core 121 Force talent. Once per round the character may suffer 2 strain to add additional damage equal to Brawn to one hit of a successful Lightsaber combat check

Background

Sia Elyssa joined the jedi order when she was discovered to be force sensitive, at a young age. she had a great aptitude in machinery, and she almost abandoned the path of the Jedi to chase after a dream of opening her own repairs shop. At the end she found out that being a Jedi didn't mean that she had to forsake her other talents. The reason she joined the wardens however had nothing to do with her skills. Her mentor died at the hands of those Sith scum, and instead of proper punishment they would just get imprisoned there...until what? She tried to go on with her life, but she realized that there was an itch she couldn't scratch. She knew that she would find no peace, even if the Sith remained prisoners. Thus she could only join the wardens. Who knows, maybe one day they would escape...or she would sleep there, until she silently became one with the force.
